Design-Build Development

The Design-Build process provides our Owners with a single-source contract to complete design and construction services for a project. DDC subcontracts architectural and engineering services, yet remains the sole contracting entity in the Design-Build process. By partnering with a selectively chosen Architect, early cost and schedule control of a project minimizes Owner exposure to increased costs and reduces overall project duration.
