3-story, 30,000 square foot, Class B, mixed-use project at the Marketplace at Glendora retail shopping center in the heart of the Glendora, CA Foothills

43,000 sq. ft., two-story, Class A professional office condominium building including lobby and an adjacent 75,000 sq. ft. two-story, pre-cast parking structure in Thousand Oaks, CA

161,000 SF and 583 stalls of three level parking.  In addition, the project included 76 grade level service bays, a service write-up area of 12,000 SF, and a car wash.  A 180’ long x 25’ wide cascading express ramp supporting the upper two levels of parking was provided at the building exterior.

This project “created land”.  An existing soccer field was removed, the subterranean parking structure was installed, and the soccer field re-constructed at grade above.
